Haggis, Scotch egg and Pork Rillettes served with rice crackers and pickled green beans

Short Rib Salad: Braised local short ribs and bobolink Cheddar cheese served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing over mixed salad greens

Lamb meatballs: Homemade locally raised ground lamb meatballs in a whisky sour cream brown sauce over a wild rice and couscous blend
