Cockaleekie: Traditional chicken and leek soup

 

2nd Course

Salmon en Croute: Broiled wild caught Scottish salmon with baby carrots, shallots and brussel sprouts wrapped in a puff pastry crust served with cucumber salad

 

3rd Course

Haggis, Scotch egg and Pork Rillettes served with rice crackers and pickled green beans

 

4th Course

Short Rib Salad: Braised local short ribs and bobolink Cheddar cheese served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing over mixed salad greens

 

5th Course

Lamb meatballs: Homemade locally raised ground lamb meatballs in a whisky sour cream brown sauce over a wild rice and couscous blend
