many thanks for posting this. i live kind of far away (Philly suburbs) and knowing what is on tap and what the dinner specials are really could positively influence my decision to come up for dinner, a few pints, and a growler and/or box o’ beer to go.

When will there be additional details of the royal wedding event? We were interesting in going to dinner as a family that evening, and perhaps watching a rebroadcast of the wedding. Do you have something such as that planned for the day? Anxious to hear what is planned! Need somewhere to celebrate and wear our fancy hats!!!!

We just reserved our dinner , with our credit card, with Megan for 4 persons for Rabbie Burns dinner on the 24th.

Would you be very kind to accommodate our request for a seating location on the top level, as one of our friends has trouble negotiating stairs.

On a Sunday, we run the dinner menu all day. All appetizers are available then.

Wondering why appetizers are not served any other time but dinner. Some people would just like to have a snack and a beer on a Saturday afternoon.

Yes, Friday is the historic date but then it interrupts the folks on Friday who just want a regular night out. We’d like to serve them too. Running the logistics of a special event such as this and regular service isn’t feasible.

What I dont understand it…why not do it on the actualy night….supposed to be teh 5th of Nov. And…considering that day is a Fri…a much better day than a Wed for a late night party.

Sorry you couldn’t find anything to eat Nancy. I had no idea that steak and fries, or fish and salad were such strangers. Perhaps it was a misguided innovation on our part. But I do agree we could use a baked potato now and then.

love the feel of the place but the menu leaves me hungry and not knowing what to order. who wants fries with a steak? not me how about a good old fashioned baked potato or brown rice. menu is limited last time i was there had to order a salad as a side so i wouldn’t starve. fish server with a salad and salad as a side. serouiosly could go to burger king to get enough to eat. don’t care for cream sauces and spices just real food. would not send anybody here, unless they are into starving. what about the ghost captain who haunts the place least he was cool.
